My father started a "diary" in 1945 (more accurately, a journal, covering both family and current events), and I'm going to see if this is a decent way to publish it. Since I'm doing it as a blog, to get to the beginning of the journal, you have to go to the beginning of the blog.

Eugene's latest: "Will you wait sixty seconds, mommy. You know, sixty seconds make a minute". He makes houses and bridges with his blocks and sometimes bursts out crying when they break prematurely but gets over it soon. Eugene has learned several songs in K.G. "See here comes the big procession marching down the street". "Snow flakes gently falling down, falling down.
