Lillian ill today. Dr. Holzman thought it a cold in the bladder over the phone. Sister Lillian came over to take home Eugene from school. We hear that Eugene's teacher told a neighbor he was a gorgeous boy.
Apparently my father decided he no longer needed to reference the year in the date of the journal entry.
My father started a "diary" in 1945 (more accurately, a journal, covering both family and current events), and I'm going to see if this is a decent way to publish it. Since I'm doing it as a blog, to get to the beginning of the journal, you have to go to the beginning of the blog.
I think it would still be good for you to reference the year, even parenthetically.
