Our family left by "hack" today with Joe Aron's family to the Riley Lawrence's farm in Divine Corners. Lillian and the kids will stay for the summer. The charge is $8 per week plus extras for gas, electricity, ice, etc. Eugene fell out of bed.
That summer at the "Lawrence Farm" is a great memory. Whenever I smell hay, I go back there. I remember many things, but I'll wait to see if they come up in the journal.
My father started a "diary" in 1945 (more accurately, a journal, covering both family and current events), and I'm going to see if this is a decent way to publish it. Since I'm doing it as a blog, to get to the beginning of the journal, you have to go to the beginning of the blog.
Is that the site of the famous bull (not sh*t, I am pretty sure) story?
